Singapore Airlines Americas is looking to add a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive online sales for Singapore Airlines. This role works closely with other members of our digital marketing team, our media agency contacts and with a centralized brand team in our Singapore-based headquarters. This is a full-time position, with a hybrid work schedule, requiring partial on-site work in our El Segundo, California office.
Job Functions
· Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to support retail and brand initiatives
· Manage campaigns from start to finish, including ideation, implementation, optimization, and reporting
· Lead digital marketing efforts across programmatic and direct channels
· Clearly communicate goals and results of digital marketing campaigns to marketing team & leadership
· Troubleshoot any issues surfaced during campaign lifecycle
· Work between project stakeholders and ensure smooth flow of project deliverables
· Develop deep understanding of the travel distribution landscape and the online travel environment
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business
· 4+ years of digital marketing experience in a retail or brand marketing role
· Hands-on experience with media planning and buying including developing briefs, evaluating proposals, and executing campaigns
· Expertise across key digital marketing channels including display, video, and mobile, both in a programmatic and direct-buy capacity
· Strong knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign measurement, preferably with Google Analytics
· Highly motivated and proactive with proven ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
· Experience using Microsoft Office products in a professional environment
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles and current best practices
Nice-to-haves
· Experience working with external media and/or creative agencies
· Knowledge of Google Marketing tools, including Campaign Manager 360, DV360, and Tag Manager
· SEM/SEO knowledge
· Airline, travel, or hospitality marketing experience
