About the Role:
Over the past year, BK Dumpling’s Corporate Team has guided and supported growth-oriented priorities. This includes new agency partnerships, menu innovation, as well as building new capabilities and markets for our CPG products. The Corporate Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales for our dynamic and fast-growing brand. We are seeking an organizational mastermind with a well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing.
This individual will collaborate closely with our PR and marketing agencies, support franchisees with local marketing campaigns, lead and execute corporate marketing initiatives, measure results, and optimize sales through effective marketing strategies. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging with our online community to foster brand loyalty and drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities*:
- Agency liaison – oversee relationship with PR and marketing agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, and social media. Provide guidance, direction, and feedback to agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Brand management - develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and brand assets to maintain a strong brand identity
- Consumer insights - lead strategic initiatives to gather and analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Social media leadership - manage and maintain BK Dumpling’s presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn. This involves creating fun and engaging content and graphics, monitor conversations, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and foster community engagement to enhance brand reputation and drive customer loyalty, leveraging evolving AI tools
- Franchisee support - support franchisees with the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales at the individual restaurant level. Provide a toolkit of training, resources, and marketing materials to franchisees to ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines
- Marketing Performance - Analyze basic marketing effectiveness metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CLV, and other key metrics to continuously optimize marketing initiatives and drive return on marketing investment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, either in brand or at an agency, with a focus on restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred, but not required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and franchisees
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and emerging AI technologies supporting efficient marketing
- Creative content creator with basic graphic design skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Working Environment:
This position is ideally located in New York City. While we maintain a hybrid work environment, we do have an office in Union Square. For the right candidate, this position could also be located in a city where we have shops and you can be a consumer of our brand. That includes Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas and soon Miami.
