Role Overview
Koda Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Patient Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing compelling, evidence-based, patient-facing content across various channels, such as email, SMS, direct mail, and telephonic communication, and will take charge of our patient-facing presence, which includes website curation, social media marketing, and the coordination of patient webinars. This role entails a collaborative effort to align all patient communications with the highest standards of healthcare practice by working closely with our clinical team and marketing leads.
Overall, the Patient Marketing Coordinator will support the testing and validation of new marketing journeys, workflows, and engagement strategies to ensure they activate and guide our patient population toward Advance Care Plan completion. You'll also work collaboratively with subject matter experts throughout the company, cultivating a deep understanding of our unique value propositions and distribution channels to drive patient activation, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities
- Develop patient-facing content across multiple channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and telephonic outreach
- Analyze user feedback, usage metrics, and performance data to assess the effectiveness of existing products and identify areas for improvement
- Support the testing and validation of new marketing journeys, workflows, and engagement strategies, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with user expectations
- Manage Koda Health's patient-facing presence, curating the website, developing social media marketing, coordinating patient webinars
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure all member communications align with best practices in health communication and care
- Work alongside the Director of Growth Marketing to co-develop marketing materials that facilitate the provider-patient connection
Your Skillset
- Bachelor's degree in product, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce
- 1-2 years of experience in direct-to-patient or product marketing
- Baseline understanding of healthcare consumer behavior, patient journeys, and effective marketing strategies for the industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Experience in patient messaging, design execution (Figma or Adobe), and email design (Mass Mailer)
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Fullstory, Mixpanel), with the ability to analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements

- Experience building marketing campaigns for senior populations
- Understanding of UX principles and how they relate to a patient journey (patient engagement strategy)
- Experience building Flows in Salesforce
- A versatile marketing skillset (digital, print, email, experimental)
