Teal Health is on a mission to provide women with the tools, access, and resources they need to make their own, informed decisions regarding their health—starting with cervical cancer screenings. By allowing a woman the choice to self-collect in the comfort and convenience of her own home, we can increase access to this critical screening and work to eradicate cervical cancer in the US.
We believe it’s time to redesign women’s health and put women, their preferences, and their experiences at the center. As such, we need a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Specialist who can help us as we move toward product and market readiness.
You will work with the broader marketing team to help with content creation, social media and project management, research, scheduling and logistics for speaking opportunities and events, and tactical program execution. The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the fast-paced cross-functional Teal Health team to drive key projects forward and share actionable feedback on programs and initiatives. This person will assist in the attainment of quarterly goals and eventual go-to-market success metrics.

Responsibilities:
- You're the coordinator of all of the work that needs to be done in marketing, you’ll be thrown new projects daily and must work to manage and organize them, while also being the owner of some key projects.
- Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensure projects are completed within the timeline and budget
- Manage organic social media channels with timely posts and responses to inbound messages and comments
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and content marketing.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
- Assist in creative asset development for digital channels and business development efforts
- Proactively identify any gaps in marketing campaigns and quarterly strategies
- Manage vendor research, sourcing, and ordering for all new marketing materials
- Manage event and speaking opportunity research, logistics, and execution
- Help maintain monthly marketing calendar for internal visibility and alignment
- Support managing and contributing to content creation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organization and communications skills
- Strong team collaboration skills: able to work cross-functionally and drive structure
- Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with marketing technologies (Hubspot, Canva, and webflow a plus)
- Experience in event research and logistic management, and social media management a plus
