About the Role
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across various channels to drive engagement and support our B2C and B2B customer acquisition efforts. This role requires strong writing and storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to analyze content performance to refine strategies.

This professional will have a background in consumer health and mental health, bringing a unique perspective and understanding of our audience’s needs. They are passionate about creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and supports our mission of providing accessible mental health services.
This is an exciting, career-defining opportunity to get involved at the ground level and help scale a new brand in the digital mental health space. While this is a remote-first role and can be based anywhere in the U.S., for those living in close proximity to our Deerfield Beach, FL headquarters, we will accommodate you in an office setting.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
- Manage the content lifecycle through ideation, writing, editing, reviewing (with an eye for health data accuracy), and distributing final assets across all channels and marketing materials.
- Tap into a team of content contractors to help scale yourself and our brand presence.
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audience needs.
- Create a variety of content types, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
Content Management
- Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce engaging visual and multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand guidelines.
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
- Report on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Client Communications
- Develop and maintain communication materials for clients, including newsletters, email updates, and content for our client portal.
B2B Marketing Support
- Create targeted content for marketing to and engaging with members of our B2B organizations.
- Develop content targeted toward individual B2B accounts, collaborating with the B2B team to align with business objectives and audience needs.
What You’ll Have

- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the mental healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- An empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center.
- Ability to simplify content for a wide variety of audiences.
- Experience working with external agencies and content contractors.
- Strong knowledge and skills in digital content creation, including SEO, SEM, advertising, conversion optimization and omnichannel strategies to drive growth.
- Experience with and an understanding of marketing automation platforms and content management systems, SEO; Salesforce, WordPress and Google Analytics are a plus.
- Involvement with early-stage companies, quickly scaling and expanding.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing competing work priorities.
