Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine our content strategy across all platforms to maintain brand consistency and engagement. This includes creating and posting blog content that aligns with email, SMS, and broader marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive message.
- Uphold our brand voice, tone, and visuals consistently across all marketing channels.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyze marketing data and derive insights that inform and propel our marketing strategies forward.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and align with strategic objectives.
- Manage all aspects of public relations including crafting press releases, responding to media inquiries, and cultivating relationships with media outlets to boost brand visibility.
- Conduct weekly meetings with marketing partners to oversee campaign execution, manage the marketing calendar, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, merchandising, paid media, social, and retention teams to guarantee smooth campaign execution.
- Take charge of comprehensive content creation for our blog and develop white papers to reinforce our position as thought leaders in the industry.
- Organize photoshoots to produce compelling visual content tailored to our target audience.
- Oversee our User-Generated Content (UGC) program, including managing relationships with creators, ensuring timely content delivery, and keeping content organized and accessible to internal teams.
- Actively participate in and nurture our exclusive VIP community of customers and creators, employing community-led marketing strategies to strengthen relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Oversee our mailer marketing program, coordinating design efforts, scheduling distributions, and tracking conversions to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing management within a D2C context, preferably in the kids fashion space.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling copy and manage complex marketing projects.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and marketing metrics to assess performance and make improvements.
- Strong leadership skills are essential for managing the marketing team and working across departments to implement strategies effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in various marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Canva, Post Pilot, or other mailer platforms, Triple Whale.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment, demonstrating self-leadership and a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
- Experience in organizing photoshoots and actively managing a content-rich blog.
- Skilled in creating and distributing white papers, handling public relations, and maintaining brand consistency.
