Summary & Overview of the Position
As Manager – Integrated Marketing, you will have the opportunity to build brands for start-ups, multinational and global companies expanding in the U.S. markets. You would be responsible for managing client accounts and teams in the development and execution of the client’s Integrated Marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across service lines and markets such as US, UK, and India in executing the Communication strategies for key accounts in line with Gutenberg’s growth trajectory.

Primary responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following.
Strategic Account Management:
- Lead Strategic Operational Plans: Develop and execute strategic operational plans across existing and potential business clients to drive company objectives.
- Client Consultation and Communication Strategies: Engage with key clients to devise and implement effective Public Relations and Integrated Marketing strategies.
- Deliver Business Strategies and Solutions: Provide high-quality business strategies, solutions, tools, and services to help clients achieve their communication goals.
- Media Relations Expertise: Utilize strong media relations skills to enhance clients' media presence and secure placements across national and local media outlets.
- Content Management: Create and manage high-quality content for all client deliverables, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.
Business Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Drive New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business leads, draft proposals and presentations, and manage timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
- Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients to maximize revenue growth.
- Client Retention and Growth: Responsible for the growth of assigned accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Global RFPs and Pitches: Increase visibility in global RFPs and pitches by researching, developing, and submitting proposals for new business opportunities.
Team Management and Knowledge Sharing:
- Guide Teams: Oversee and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive team efforts.
- Knowledge Sharing: Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization to drive continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Organizational Skills and Deadlines: Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
We are seeking an ideal candidate who can demonstrate or possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media, or Marketing.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of PR-related experience with a substantial working knowledge of the IT/Tech industry.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to seamlessly collaborate across teams, media, and clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with media and research databases such as Cision and Factiva.
- Media Knowledge: Good working knowledge of contemporary media and its operations.
- Industry Insight: A thorough understanding of PR trends, the media landscape, and industry overviews.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions.
- Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage expectations effectively.
- Initiative and Collaboration: Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a team environment.
