Are you ready to elevate your marketing career and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? We're seeking an experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our patient marketing efforts and drive growth across local clinic markets, with plans for national expansion.

As we scale from two clinics to a hundred and beyond, we're looking for a proactive, data-driven individual to spearhead our marketing initiatives and elevate our patient acquisition strategies.
About the Role:
As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in owning and executing full-funnel marketing strategies across diverse local markets. Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, you'll have the opportunity to make strategic decisions, build partnerships, and leverage analytics to drive patient volume growth. This role is primarily remote but requires flexibility to travel nationally up to 1-2 times per month (US only).
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Program Ownership & Strategy:
· Manage day-to-day patient marketing spend and performance.
· Establish key marketing metrics and maintain timely reporting.
· Develop and execute our email marketing program via CRM to enhance patient acquisition.
· Lead decision-making on channel selection and optimization.
Local Acquisition Marketing:
· Customize marketing strategies for optimal performance in each clinic’s specific geography.
· Partner with doctors and onsite teams to harness insights and build provider buy-in.
· Set goals and budgets for out-of-home marketing channels and maximize partnerships.
Digital Acquisition Marketing:
· Set goals and budgets for digital marketing channels, including paid search and social.
· Commit to, monitor, and adjust spend/media buys in real-time.
· Optimize SEO performance and iterate digital marketing efforts for improved acquisition cost and scale.
Qualifications:
· Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven insights.
· Experience scaling marketing programs.
· Ability to build and manage internal and external marketing teams.
· Independent, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
Education/Experience Requirements:
· 5+ years of acquisition marketing experience required.
· Proven experience driving marketing results on a local scale.
· Experience marketing for franchise locations strongly preferred.
· Healthcare experience is a plus.
