The Senior Event Marketing Producer role is central to the support and leadership of accounts and offers the successful applicant huge potential to grow, shape the work, and truly take ownership and pride in the results.
We support and collaborate with each other at every step of the way. Traditional agency divisions of creative, strategy, and account is not a structure we subscribe to. We're looking for talented well-rounded individuals who enjoy all aspects of the role and relish a modern, merit-based approach.
This role calls for the candidate to lead a robust account and production process, and work directly with brands to grow the business and strengthen relationships. We put huge emphasis is being the best possible partners to clients, vendors and anyone we come in contact with - building and maintaining these relationships in a human, respectful and transparent manner will be a key deliverable for the role.
This position will have leadership responsibility for all deliverables to the brand teams, and will be expected to institute systems and processes to improve output. Strong experience in account leadership, client relations and brand marketing are essential.
As any successful event professional will know, hours and travel are part and parcel of the job. We work hard to balance demanding schedules, however candidates must be prepared to work weekend - especially during the peak summer months.
Our work in nationwide, however our base and core hours reflect our East Coast base.
Planning and Account Management duties include, but are not limited to:
-Managing client relationships, setting clear expectations and anticipating clients’ needs.
Developing budget drafts and timelines at the start of each program and accurately tracking throughout each project.
-Providing budget reconciliations with actuals calculated and both invoices and receipts readily available upon request.
-Tracking expenses / charges accurately and updating them in budgets.
-Developing proposals, presentations (eg. event layouts, planning docs, etc.) and event recaps.
-Creating and sharing event recaps on agreed timelines.
-Supporting with creative and development of creative assets were applicable.
-Serving as internal brand custodian, effectively communicating brand guidelines, goals and expectations to resources within and outside the agency
-Creating and implementing strategies for growing the account.
-Leading collaboration with clients’ agencies-of-record in cross-platform projects.
-Setting clear goals, demonstrating leadership and providing insights to the internal account team.
-Establishing and coordinating internal and external deadlines and deliverables.
-Coordinating with other company leaders to ensure client service remains best-in-class.
-Developing KPI metrics and accountability structures.
-Training agency team members (full & part time contractors) on ways of work, deliverables and event production.
Production Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Travel to and from events
-Set-up and breakdown logistics - including event and supplier advancing, onsite storage, meals, transport and supplier access.
-Event Ticket allocation - Client and worker credentials
-Warehouse logistics - packing, unloading and storage
-Supplier Management - Maintaining relationships, bidding all projects for best rates, ensure timely delivery, etc.
