Our team is growing and we are looking for a Head of Fashion Influencers Marketing to join the founding team.
Please note that this is a remote position.
Our Head of Influencer Marketing are responsible for building our brand awareness and affinity through the use of strong-fit influencers, growing our users, and building an acquisition machine via our 5 main social channels: Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok.

We use state of the art AI & computer vision technology to generate outfits directly onto our shoppers, and help complete the journey by directing them to similar pieces at different brands and price-points.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Building and executing Influencer Marketing & other brand collaboration strategies A-Z,
- Developing user journeys for each individual influencer
Discovery & Relationships
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Building a database of potential influencer collaborators, and developing relationships with them to maximize the results of the campaign
- Working cross-team to supply potential collaborators for other marketing projects
- Coordinate with social, creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.
- Track and manage influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful partnerships.
Procurement & Onboarding
- Negotiation, contracting and procurement process management to bring maximum value from each influencer, in collaboration with the procurement and legal teams
- Onboarding influencers and providing them with resources, toolkits and sessions for the benefit of the content quality.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms and competitive activity to inform influencer marketing strategies.
Creative
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling, authentic content that aligns with our brand voice and mission.
- Defining influencer briefs, reviewing & approving creator content, and working through revisions to ensure each piece of content is maximized for our brand and the campaign's success
Team Collaboration
- Working on campaigns & collaborations with other team members to ensure maximum impact on social, engagement, community, PR, and Internal comms
- Working cross-marketing to supply potential collaborators for other marketing projects, and creating full funnel activations
Data & Reporting
- In-depth reporting by influencer, campaign, and quarter following both brand and acquisition metrics
Requirements
- You have to have a strong established fashion influencers network.
- 2+ years of influencer marketing experience
- Proven work experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role, from within a B2C or tech brand.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with influencers.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving ability, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance regulations related to influencer marketing.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms and best practices.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 - $150,000 annually. Plus bonus and equity.
