Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing/Product Marketing Leader with a strong background in general marketing strategies, particularly within the realm of enterprise SaaS. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various marketing channels and methodologies, with the ability to leverage industry best practices effectively. Your primary focus will be on driving lead generation initiatives while ensuring alignment with our commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our client services team to enhance net promoter scores and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with RIVAL’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Product Marketing:
- Define and articulate the value proposition and messaging for RIVAL X, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Stay attuned to the latest social media trends and best practices to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Develop and manage multi-channel social media campaigns that enhance RIVAL’s online presence and attract high-quality business leads.
Brand Development:
- Play a key role in defining and evolving the RIVAL brand, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and reflects our innovative spirit.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling brand assets and marketing materials.
User Experience Focus:
- Ensure a high-quality experience for the end users of RIVAL X by incorporating user feedback into marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the product development team to align marketing messages with product improvements and user needs.
Collaboration with Client Services:
- Partner with the client services team to enhance net promoter scores through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Support efforts to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by promoting best practices and success stories.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing.
