Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Marketing leader to join their vibrant marketing team. This role is critical in expanding their market presence and enhancing product visibility. As the Growth Marketing Director, you will oversee and lead digital and growth marketing initiatives, ensuring synergy with the executive and sales teams. This position demands a data-centric approach, continuous optimization, and collaboration across various departments to achieve significant revenue growth.
This position is located in the Greater Philadelphia area, and our client is open to remote candidates based in the Eastern US.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve measurable revenue increases and expand market share.
- Demand Generation: Design and execute strategies to boost the number of qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline.
- Lead Digital Efforts: Manage website development, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, content creation, social media, and advertising initiatives.
- Market Research and Data Analytics: Conduct market research and leverage data analytics to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- Marketing Technology: Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective use of marketing automation tools.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to synchronize marketing strategies and shape overall marketing direction.
- Performance Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate growth reports, and refine user journeys to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Paid Marketing: Supervise, test, and refine paid marketing expenditures to achieve optimal results.
- Brand Messaging: Develop consistent brand communications and work with Brand Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage Budgets: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Drive Innovation: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years professional marketing experience
- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or user acquisition; experience in the life sciences, software development, or B2B sectors is an advantage.
