Position Overview:
Homethrive is seeking a Marketing Manager with 4-6 years of experience in the B2B health tech industry, preferably within the benefits or payor space. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our B2B marketing efforts, focusing on messaging, digital marketing, persona research, sales enablement, and the creation of marketing materials. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will require a strong background in B2B Marketing, SEO/SEM, Social Media and, Salesforce, with preferred experience in Active Campaign, Apollo, Google Analytics and Wordpress.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences in the employer and payor space.
Conduct thorough persona research to understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of our key customer segments.
Create and manage a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and digital content.
Support sales enablement by providing the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising.
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of marketing experience in the health tech industry, with a strong preference for experience in the benefits or payor space.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and experience with marketing automation tools like Active Campaign and Apollo.
Experience with social media platforms and managing social media campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced,remote, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools, including Active Campaign, Apollo, Wordpress and Salesforce.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Experience in sales enablement and supporting sales teams with marketing resources.
