Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content on-site and through regular outdoor photoshoots. Plan and prepare for photoshoots related to new products and campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Own & Manage Influencer Program: Identify and engage with relevant influencers, building strong relationships and managing an expanding influencer program.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators to generate assets for use across social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Creative Asset Management: Regularly update and organize creative assets for internal and external use in ads, emails, websites, and social media.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on seeding and outreach campaigns, ensuring growth objectives for revenue and influencer engagement are met.
- Copywriting: Write and edit compelling marketing copy for a variety of channels, including product tags, social posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Research and analyze consumer trends and competitor offerings to shape the brand marketing strategy.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of consumer events, handling logistics, setup/teardown, and hosting duties.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years experience in social media or influencer/entertainment marketing.
- Track record of developing outstanding creative applied in digital and offline mediums
- Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making
- Proficient in programs like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.
- Excellent storytelling ability through influencers and brand campaigns.
- Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, Figma, and Keynote - We’ll teach you Figma!
- Active in the creator space and well-practiced in creating UGC and/or branded content.
- Able to “speak the language” of the various creatives on the team (understands video editing, filming, design, audio editing, and copywriting)
