As more and more customers demand our products, a strong Senior Manager of Creative & Content is foundational to our continued success.
About the Role
This is an exciting growth period for Del Toro and we are looking to enhance our Creative and Content performance strategy for 2024 to best optimize our return on our Direct-to-Consumer marketing investments. Qualified applicants will share these traits:

This is a remote role and will require some travel for sales meetings, leadership planning sessions, and team offsites.
Creative & Content Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external teams, managing processes, reporting on results, and presenting content and creative
- - Manage and produce email creative content and copy (~4 emails per week) and monitor/report creative performance
- - Manage and produce advertising creative content and copy and monitor/report creative content alongside Performance Marketing Team
- - Manage and produce social media creative content and copy (daily posts) and monitor/report on creative performance
- - Manage Blog posting, content, and design alongside SEO Marketing Team
- Create moodboards and concepts for photo and video shoots for quarterly and seasonal campaigns
- Inform and co-direct product and lifestyle photography processes and content, creating and managing a lean creative budget for quarterly shoots
- Build upon existing visual brand identity and creative strategy for the business including brand and style guardrails and guidelines
- Create brand decks and collateral for strategic partnerships and wholesale
- Inform on and recommend product releases, ideation, mock-ups/graphic design
- Create and manage imagery and graphic design for all platforms, including website and product
- Ensure creative integrity across all channels against style guidelines and brand guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in high-growth consumer-facing digital environments
- Proficiency in Adobe, Figma and Meta a must
- Strong working knowledge of digital measurement and testing tools
- Building and/or managing KPI dashboards and reporting cadences
- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in an organized manner
- Proven ability to analyze and solve creative problems and improve processes using data-driven approaches
- Ability to work with and manage within a high-performing team
- Proven experience setting high-level creative/content strategies and executing against them
Reporting Structure:
The Senior Manager of Creative and Content reports directly to the CEO
Compensation and Benefits:
- $65,000 + bonus based on results and performance
- Equity-based compensation available after one (1) year of employment
- Three (3) weeks of PTO and six (6) paid holidays
