Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team. The CMO will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of TruVita Wellness, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, and driving the development of our medical and wellness programs. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to make a significant impact on the future of wellness and healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with the co-founders and executive team to develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee all clinical aspects of TruVita Wellness, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Develop and maintain clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Innovation: Drive the development and integration of innovative medical and wellness solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare and wellness to ensure TruVita remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all clinical operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain a valid medical license in the US.
- Partnerships and Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, wellness experts, and industry partners. Represent TruVita Wellness at conferences, seminars, and other professional forums.
- Patient Engagement: Champion patient-centered care and enhance patient engagement through personalized wellness plans and holistic treatment approaches.
- Research and Development: Lead research initiatives to validate and improve TruVita’s wellness programs and interventions. Publish findings in reputable journals and share knowledge with the broader medical community.
Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
- A valid medical license in the United States.
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional medicine and wellness practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in healthcare.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
