Genesis10 is seeking a Marketing Design Specialist! This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Help execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, and email.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content and graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and flyers/handouts and web
- Design graphics, create print and online visuals, and update the company website.
- Work with vendors to develop and deliver promotional items that accurately reflect the Genesis10 brand and communicate the company's messaging.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
- Assist with preparing client presentations, working closely with company leadership and the marketing team.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to gather requirements and feedback for design projects.
- Perform administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling social media posts and emails, tracking project timelines and organizing digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Three-to-five years of marketing and design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media marketing and email marketing a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot a plus.
- Solid skills in Microsoft 365 (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, etc.) and market research methods.
