Job Description
Position Overview: As a Marketing Associate at Maya Chia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team with a variety of tasks, including content creation, campaign management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, diligent, and detail-oriented individual with experience in content creation and a portfolio of work to share.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials.
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule marketing activities, events, and meetings.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, files, and records.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize the Shopify platform to manage and update the company’s e-commerce store.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite programs to create and edit marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio of work to share.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
- Must have experience with the Shopify platform.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
