About The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, Subscriber Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in setting the groundwork for all digital marketing and the digital enrollment experience for community solar subscribers. Working together with the VP of DTC Marketing, this role will create digital strategies and be hands-on to build and iterate on our marketing programs. Your expertise in driving ROI, landing page strategy, conversion rate optimization, testing, and analysis will be essential in hitting our big goals. This is a high-growth potential role with the opportunity to influence the digital strategy for a fast-growing, sustainability-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee digital marketing programs for acquiring community solar subscribers. Work closely with our digital marketing agency to develop test plans, creative and copy, and optimization strategies. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve subscriber targets
- Execute our landing page strategy for all incoming subscriber acquisition traffic. Make page enhancements and conduct testing to drive improved subscriber conversion rates
- Partner with internal and external teams to establish trigger/drip email campaigns to drive improved subscriber conversion rates and reduce churn rates
- Manage the Solar Landscape website, oversee SEO strategies, and ensure the website is clearly communicating Solar Landscape’s value proposition to community solar subscribers and commercial real estate companies
- Work with the VP of DTC Marketing to evolve our digital measurement and analysis capabilities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion rates, and subscriber acquisition cost. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing/growth marketing role with a focus on hitting performance targets
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, and email marketing platforms are preferred
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy
