About the role
Our Marketing Team is growing, and we are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team! In the Marketing Associate role, you'll manage top-of-funnel lead generation efforts for our restaurant sales team and collaborate with our Marketing team on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for our consumer audience.
What you'll do
Restaurant facing
- Manage top-of-funnel lead generation efforts for our restaurant sales team, including email marketing, referral channels, paid channels, and other inbound/outbound efforts.
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure they have healthy pipelines, through managed email marketing campaigns, etc.
- Manage all partner-facing comms, including partner milestone emails, upsell campaigns, partner update comms, etc.
- Measure, analyze, and improve our lead generation efforts, recommending and implementing improvements to make our restaurant marketing more effective
- Test and optimize new lead generation channels to grow our restaurant network
- Manage our new restaurant openings process to generate leads
- Manage our restaurant leads platform, ensuring our lead lists are as robust as possible
- Work with our Operations team to identify opportunities to enhance our leads
- Develop new case studies, overviews, and visual resources for our Sales and Account Management teams
Consumer facing
- Collaborate with our Marketing team on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to our consumer audience across email + push + in-app messaging in Braze to drive more demand to our restaurants.
- Partner closely with the team to brainstorm ways to optimize key metrics including click-through rates, open rates, conversion, and retention.
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years of demonstrated success in a strategic B2B marketing or CRM role
- Experience with user engagement campaigns (for a mobile app product would be a plus)
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques (Mailchimp, Braze, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, Mixmax, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, teamwork, and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working in a fast-paced and evolving start-up with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ can-do attitude
Nice to haves
- Experience working with Sales and Acct Mgmt teams for a B2B or SMB product
- Experience or competence with SQL and HTML
- Experience with consumer design software (Canva, etc.)
- Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry
