Role: Social Media Marketing Manager
Responsibilities: Manages and oversees all social media accounts, responsible for creating and curating content, coordinating talent acquisition for showroom content (subject to upper management approval), posting content, and developing social media stories.
Weekly Deliverables:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and audience preferences to guide content creation.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce engaging posts.
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers and influencers.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data analysis to optimize results.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Manage the company's online reputation and handle crisis communications when necessary.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Talent Coordination:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate talent acquisition for social media content creation, subject to management approval.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new features and strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with upper management to gain approval for key initiatives and content.
