Responsibilities
Max Marketing Firm is hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the social media strategy across all of our primary client accounts, developing brand awareness, telling the story of each brand, and generating engagement. The ideal candidate will be able to find powerful and creative ways that help each of our brand’s social media accounts grow month over month. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with relevant social platforms and strong communication skills. Previous experience in digital media is preferred.
- Develop ongoing B2B strategy across social media channels, including primarily Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Draft the social media posts and content descriptions in the brand's voice and in line with the strategies created
- Write engaging, clicky copy for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts
- Post daily to Facebook, Instagram, and more
- Source relevant tweet, meme, and video content for posting across social platforms
- Create original content for Instagram and Instagram Stories
- Create social strategy, creative development, and competitor analysis
- Use social insights tools to compile and analyze the latest stats across brands
- Track and report on audience-relevant trends from all major social platforms
- Create content and copy for each client's social media accounts while collaborating closely with the design team on graphics and creatives
- Recommend new social media platforms along with creating content and adjusting new strategies as needed
- Identify trends and culturally relevant movements and create content in line with the designated social media strategies
- Find, sort, analyze, organize, and deliver competitor analysis for our client's social media accounts to better understand how we're doing
- Prepare monthly social media channel reports
Paid Social Media:Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
Monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring budget alignment and goal achievement.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of social media management experience within the Agency / Creative / Digital / Marketing industry
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Ability to think creatively about content production.
- Ability to write snappy, smart social copy
- An eye for finding and creating visually engaging social imagery
- Capable of identifying trending topics/influencers
- Basic knowledge of social analytics tools
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to follow instructions and implement feedback
- Able to work independently when necessary
- Strong written communication skills.
- Photoshop skills a plus.
- Knowledge of Sprout Social a plus.
- Knowledge of Shopify and ability to integrate it with IG shopping
