Your RoleAs a Junior Marketing Associate, your entry-level duties will focus on project management for clients. Some sales experience would be a plus as this account has tremendous growth potential. We want to help you establish and grow your marketing clients under the BC umbrella, with tons of help from a mentor and the team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Weekly meetings with clients via Zoom to gather marketing needs
- Updating project management software: updating tasks, following up on all tasks, and completing tasks by the due date
- Creating and scheduling blogs, emails, and newsletters
- Updating website content for team, product and service pages as needed
- Scheduling posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms with content scheduling software
- Sharing events on Facebook and Google My Business
- Collaborating with our Social Ads manager on specials and events
- Monitoring social media, responding to reviews and comments, and engaging with followers daily
- Creating graphics with Canva as needed
- Analyzing and sharing marketing analytics and trends
- Responding to urgent client needs
- Meeting with the BC team once a month via Zoom to check in
- Contributing marketing content for our brand and writing a marketing-themed blog once a month
- Building a strong LinkedIn presence by sharing our content to expand your network and attract potential clients
Preferred Experience:
- Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, Mailchimp, video editing software, and all social media platforms
Details- Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week as needed (with room to expand)
- Position: 1099 contract
- Training: Provided, starting at $12/hour with growth potential after 90-120 days to start building your own business
