Job Description:
As the Marketing Specialist at SATISFYD, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts to new heights. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing our customer outreach, managing marketing campaigns, and fostering valuable relationships. This is a fully remote position requiring a self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement lead-generation and upsell campaigns
- Create and manage LinkedIn ads and execute email marketing strategies, including newsletters and sales emails
- Establish and grow relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
- Manage and coordinate webinars and promotional activities
- Develop a comprehensive content calendar, including webinars, blog posts, eBooks, and customer interviews
- Write engaging blog posts and create captivating social media content
- Interview customers to develop compelling success stories and produce/edit marketing videos
- Create and update presentations for sales prospects and manage webinars using tools such as Zoom or GoToWebinar
- Update and maintain the company website
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and attend events across the United States, requiring some travel
- Enter and manage data in HubSpot for accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to work independently with a self-driven personality
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to speak with customers
- Experience in B2B software or heavy equipment dealerships is a plus
- Strong event management experience
