Stem is seeking a Digital Marketing and Commerce Coordinator to join our growing Artist & Label Strategy team. As a Digital Marketing and Commerce Coordinator at Stem, you will be tasked with supporting the teams at Stem that conceive and execute artist marketing and editorial campaigns. On the Commerce side, tasks may include gathering and organizing project information, data, and assets for editorial pitching, auditing DSP playlists for Stem placements, and communicating platform process and tooling updates to Stem’s relevant stakeholders. On the marketing (Strategy) side, tasks will have an emphasis on digital marketing, and may include administering digital ad and influencer campaigns, organizing artist assets, pulling consumption and performance data, and creating social media posts/graphics obo Stem artists. Additionally, you may be asked to handle clerical tasks such as taking and circulating meeting minutes and submitting/tracking AP.
The ideal candidate will possess an ability to multitask, meticulous attention to detail, familiarity with social media platforms, and a proficient understanding of the DSP landscape. This candidate will also have an enthusiasm for Stem’s artists and ethos and will demonstrate a knowledge of and passion for music.
This role is full-time and fully remote, with occasional in-person get-togethers in Los Angeles for which we cover travel / lodging for out-of-town employees. We are prioritizing candidates primarily based in Los Angeles and New York.

What you'll do:
- Work with the Artist & Label Strategy team to set commercial goals, identify opportunities for exposure, and build & track influencer marketing campaigns
- Work with the Artist & Label Commerce team to ensure the effective messaging of campaign analytics to Stem’s commercial partners.
- Develop & cultivate relationships with creators, channels, influencer marketing agencies & platforms.
- Work with Business Intelligence to gather & report campaign data to key stakeholders
- Work with Business Intelligence & Business Development to identify & track key passion & growth indicators across creator platforms.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2 years of experience in either a digital marketing or commerce role
- Familiarity with the streaming landscape including all major DSPs
- Understanding of commonly used digital marketing practices including advertising, influencer marketing, and content creation
- Ability to track & interpret data analytics at the intersection of social media & music
- Experience with gathering relevant information and data for crafting editorial pitches
- Experience running digital media buys including budgeting, targeting, execution, and reporting
- Fluency in MS Excel/Word and G Suite (especially Google Sheets)
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize according to department needs and team goals
- Pop culture acumen
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and balance priorities

The salary range for this job is $70,000 to $82,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include equity, benefits, and any other compensatory components of the role.
