Overview: The Director of Marketing will oversee and enhance the marketing strategies across all of VERSUS Hospitality accounts Morris American, Casta’s Rum Bar, Ciel Social Club, HEIST, VERSUS, Treehouse. This role involves strategic development, team leadership, and close coordination with other departments to elevate our brand's presence and achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to align with our company’s objectives.
- Conduct detailed market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, applying insights across all our hospitality brands.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, including virtual assistants and in-house staff, ensuring effective community management, outreach, and messaging to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive messaging, branding, and creative execution.
Content and Community Management:
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in tone and brand image.
- Engage with our online community to foster positive relationships, manage digital touchpoints with customers, and resolve customer service issues.
- Organize and lead online events or promotions to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
Operational and Analytical Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities across all platforms, identifying and leveraging engagement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and PR teams.
- Review and analyze marketing data, providing weekly and monthly reports to senior management on performance metrics and strategic insights.
- Conduct and coordinate team meetings to review performance, plan future marketing efforts, and ensure team alignment with brand goals.
Team Development and Support:
- Provide ongoing training and support to marketing team members, enhancing their skills and ensuring high performance.
- Delegate content creation and operational tasks effectively, ensuring all content is approved before publication to drive growth, sales, and brand awareness.
