Job Description:
Our outdoor drinkware brand seeks a qualified candidate to join our company as the Marketing Director. FlasKap operates in a high-growth environment with its patented, first-of-its-kind drinkware technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build, plan, and implement the overall brand strategy.
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the content that the brand posts on social media channels
- Develop strategies that drive customers to the website, amazon, and other social sales channels.
- Create paid media campaigns on social media platforms, Google, and Youtube
- Create email campaigns to target key customers utilizing segmentation
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Maintain consistent brand messaging through platforms and influencers
- Measure and report on ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
- Build and execute the marketing plan
- Manage Creative Vendors (photographers and videographers)
- Anticipate sales performance trends
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
Job Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Marketing Director for an e-commerce lifestyle brand
- 5-10+ years of experience in developing a brand and implementing digital marketing strategies
- In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, Shopify, META, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Drive Products
- Proficient in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe
- Knowledge of web design procedures, specifically Shopify
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Self-Starter that is willing to take on projects as needed without direct supervision
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field
