We are seeking a Senior Marketing leader, who will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and support overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Content Creation and Management, including planning and development
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships.
- Identify and nurture potential investors to promote product adoption and loyalty.
- Gather and leverage customer feedback to improve products and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with other departments, including product development, business development, and originations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the real estate, fintech, or investment industries.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive acquisition and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with Hubspot
- Experience with investor relations and understanding of the needs of accredited investors.
- Hands-on leader with the ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent written communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment in an organized manner
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Driven to help scale startups and enjoys the opportunities and challenges in joining early state (pre-Series A)
