ECP is a market-leading SaaS solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 6,000 communities around the world. We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. Your primary role will be to help us generate new leads, build our brand and overall grow our business. Specific projects will include developing content for our website, developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and writing engaging blog posts, white papers, and case studies, all while keeping SEO in mind.
This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent writing skills, project management abilities, and an eye for detail.
Our headquarters is near Milwaukee, WI, but we are open to remote candidates across the US.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to generate leads and grow our brand
- Create content pieces that appeal to our audience, attract customers, and boost our brand awareness
- Manage and develop ECP's content calendar
- Use generative AI tools to assist in generating content
- Assist in content messaging marketing campaigns to drive leads
- Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our website
- Develop different content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, white papers, and case studies on a regular basis
- Promote our blog and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively
- Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas
- Compose product descriptions to promote our products and services
- Assure consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content
- Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews and studies
- Analyze what is working well, what could be improved, and opportunities for value-add within content strategy
- Stay up-to-date and become an expert on industry knowledge, news, and trends
- Provide general marketing, sales, or operations administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years work experience in marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Bard, etc.)
- Outstanding writing and editing skills in English for B2B and B2C audiences
- Ability to handle tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Confident and reliable individual
- A keen eye for details
