TNC Community champions equity and inclusion for individuals with disabilities, inspiring lives of dignity, belonging, and joy. For 75 years, we have provided customized services to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best lives. TNC continues expanding to meet more needs for individuals with IDD and we need a marketing manager to join our team who can help us drive engagement and launch exciting new initiatives that will change the lives of people with IDD while creating a more inclusive community.
The Marketing Manager is a new position for our mission-motivated, nonprofit team that will report to the Development Director. The Marketing Manager will assist in creating, executing, and analyzing an integrated content strategy to increase brand awareness, raise funds, promote events and services, and communicate our mission. This position is an excellent opportunity to combine creative and project management skills to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
This is a full-time, salaried position.
Compensation
$70,000-$80,000 per year
Responsibilities Include
- Content Calendar - Maintain internal content calendar for website, social, email, and postal mail communications
- Social Media - Develop strategy and content for placement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Email Campaigns - Create, execute, and analyze campaigns and segmentation strategies
- Content Library – Create and gather story content, testimonials, photos, and videos of individuals receiving services, and staff and board member highlights that can be purposed for social, newsletters, and campaigns
- Website - Update content, including news, blog, and campaign specific landing pages
- Community Engagement - Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, create new partnerships with mission focused organizations to further communicate our brand and mission, represent TNC at community events
- Public Relations - Draft and distribute press releases
- Analysis - Develop and deliver regular KPI reports with a focus on improving customer engagement, revenue growth, and user experience
- Database Management - Master CRM to pull lists and segment patrons, analyze data, and coordinate form responses
- Administrative - Organize press clippings and promotional support materials, track marketing expenses
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years professional marketing or administrative experience or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of social platforms including Facebook, X, TikTok Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software((e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Strong writing, copy editing, and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organized; comfortable multi-tasking to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines
- Design-driven sensibility; experienced in developing engaging web content
- Commitment to advancing inclusion for people with IDD
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and lift 30 lbs
- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, video editing software preferred
