RevolutionParts is seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to help us disrupt the automotive eCommerce industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for working with stakeholders across the organization to create, execute, and optimize our content marketing strategy across all channels of communication.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, blog posts, product descriptions, and more.
- Write and update website content to ensure it is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
- Campaign Development:
- Craft persuasive copy that engages the target audience and drives conversion for advertising campaigns across different platforms, including digital ads, print ads, and video scripts
- Write promotional content for events, product launches, and special offers, capturing the target audience's attention and driving conversions
- Brand Voice and Consistency:
- Ensure all copy is consistent with the company’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines
- Help develop and maintain brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels
- SEO and Keyword Optimization:
- Integrate relevant keywords and phrases into web content, blog posts, and other digital materials to improve search engine rankings.
- Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive organic traffic and improve online visibility
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand the target audience’s needs, preferences, and behaviors to create relevant and appealing content.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing materials to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with designers, marketing managers, product managers, and other team members to develop cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine and improve copy.
- Editing and Proofreading:
- Edit and proofread all copy to ensure it is free from errors, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets the highest standards of quality.
- Review and revise content regularly to keep it updated and relevant
- Content Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring copy aligns with overall campaign objectives and timelines
- Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing content using metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and SEO rankings
- Use insights from performance data to optimize and improve future content
Requirements:

- Persuasive. The ability to write persuasive copy that drives action and influences the audience. Strong understanding of persuasive techniques and how to apply them effectively
- Storytelling. Ability to craft compelling narratives that capture the audience’s attention and drive engagement
- Critical thinking. Ability to evaluate content critically and make informed decisions to enhance its effectiveness
- Empathy. Able to understand the target audience’s needs, preferences, and pain points to create content that resonates with them and addresses their concerns
- Attention to detail. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free content. Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies and inaccuracies in copy
- Collaborative. Ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Openness to feedback and willingness to provide constructive feedback to others.
- Strong initiative. Proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision
- Problem solving skills. Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
