We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our client. As a CMO, you will lead a talented marketing team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence.
Location: Austin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth
- Set strategic goals and objectives for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders
- Analyze and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results
- Prioritize and manage multiple marketing projects with competing deadlines
- Create impactful presentations and reports to present marketing metrics and recommendations to the executive team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar executive role
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, content management systems, and data analysis tools
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms)
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate marketing strategies effectively
