We’re looking to bring on a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in the growth of the brand through owning the development and expansion of our key partnerships primarily focused on affiliate and press.
The core focus of this role will be to manage, guide, and execute the strategic direction of our partnership programs, optimize to improve efficiency and scale potential, and identify and test new opportunities to drive business growth.
This is a direct-response marketing role with the primary goal of driving sales efficiently and at scale.
Here’s an example of how you might spend a day in this role:
- Work directly with the team to oversee large-scale partnership programs
- Oversee the identification and vetting process of new partnership opportunities
- Be the primary lead across a robust measurement and analytics system directly tied to the performance of the programs
- Work directly with Sr. Leadership to identify and lead initiatives that directly tie to the performance of the business
- Landing page and on-site conversion rate optimization and testing
- Own relationship management with external partners
- Continuously monitor industry trends and pivot quickly
- Test into emerging technologies and new opportunities as they arise
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience within a relevant marketing role. Partnership and/or affiliate marketing experience preferred but not required
- Advanced analytics capabilities in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for in-depth data analysis (SQL and/or business intelligence tool experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or analytically oriented degree preferred but not required
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and own a project
- Extremely strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work
- Superb communication skills and patience with others
- Strong experience leveraging data to analyze performance, create insights, and optimize campaigns
- Motivated self-starter with hunger to independently drive projects forward
