This position reports directly to the CEO and is critical to the ongoing preservation and reinforcement of the Company Brand by utilizing online, print, in-store and local area marketing strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, this role requires extensive interaction with the store management and culinary teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement brand strategy through all aspects of marketing.
• Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the Company by utilizing strategic market planning and following trends, campaigns, etc. necessary for continued brand success.
• Provide planning and leadership while ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
• Effectively maintain the content and ongoing functionality of the Company website, e-commerce platforms, and all other related content.
• Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis for continuous review of the ever-changing trends, promotions and strategies.
• Design, develop and maintain all online and printed promotional materials.
• Develop and implement communications and media strategies that successfully deliver information and key messages to the public.
• Develop and implement the introduction of new products by working with the culinary team to insure proper development strategies.
• Strong management of all social media and related content to promote and increase interaction and Brand development.
• Manage customer feedback, donation requests and other related responses submitted via the Company website.
• Create, develop and implement marketing strategies for markets with both traditional and social media marketing focuses by working closely with store management and leadership for both in-stores and local areas.
• Create and develop ongoing e-mail marketing programs.
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Maintain a presence in the retail locations to ensure proper and adequate merchandising strategies and materials
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing preferred, or a minimum of 5 years marketing experience in both face-to-face marketing and social media communications.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be skilled in social media marketing and review sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, Google+, Zomato, etc.).
• Experience with third party sales platforms and food service delivery providers.
• Must be willing to participate in face-to-face marketing.
• Experience must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing and media relations.
• Individual must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and influence others by being a confident, driven and dynamic leader.
• Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
• Must be a proficient self-starter and problem solver who exhibits strong initiative.
• Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
