We are looking for an experienced and highly-driven Director of Brand Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of all our digital marketing efforts and support key brand initiatives. As our Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating clear branding guidelines and shaping the way we present our brand on all major digital platforms.

Director of Brand Marketing Responsibilities
Lead the planning, creative development, and execution of impactful online marketing campaigns
Oversee the marketing team and general day-to-day marketing operations while simultaneously working independently on developing future brand projects
Build strategic 360 advertising strategies and omnichannel marketing campaigns that resonate with our consumers, align with our goals and projections, and utilize high-performing tactics to generate new leads
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define brand guidelines that reflect our values and ensure proper brand messaging and alignment across various marketing channels
Establish strong relationships with internal teams (Creative, Social, Production, PR, etc.) to ensure clear communication and coordination during collaborative campaigns and other marketing efforts
Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy by providing guidelines for storytelling, developing dynamic content, increasing engagement, and reaching bigger audiences on various platforms
Collaborate with other senior leaders across the company to ensure all marketing initiatives and deliverables adhere to the branding guidelines
Director of Brand Marketing Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a brand marketing or related role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a similar field
Strong background in brand marketing project management processes
Experience with leading a (remote) team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and scaling digital campaigns
Hands-on experience with marketing tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics
Fluency in marketing channel metrics and quantitative and qualitative consumer research
Excellent written and verbal communication, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
