As the Global Sales Marketing Director, you are a key member of the global marketing team and will be leading our Sales Narrative, Sales Solutions, Packages, and partnership with our key clients.
You will work closely with our Product and Solutions teams to provide the best support to our Sales organization and your work will have a direct impact on our commercial growth and success. You will be responsible for developing global sales solutions and partner with our global Sales Marketing teams (US, EMEA, Asia, ANZ and Latin America) to ensure that we have a clear and strong unique value proposition for our proposals that will lead the accelerated growth of our business by driving sales of our different solutions for clients. Your job is to ensure that local sales marketing leads are provided with a strong central strategy, narrative and solutions that they can adapt to accommodate local market needs. It's your job to understand what they need to deliver success in their local market when it comes to general sales presentations, one sheets, case studies, sales collaterals and provide them with sales intelligence, sales marketing tools etc.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the central marketing leadership team to develop and execute clear and dynamic go-to-market strategies for local sales marketing leads to activate
- Lead and inspire a team of regional sales marketing team members to bring central sales marketing strategy to life on a local level
- Work with all global (EMEA, Asia, ANZ, South America) Marketing Directors and key stakeholders to ensure global and local alignment (branding, messaging, sales packaging etc)
- Outline local strategies and tactics focusing on everything from product and research launches to helping drive media solutions and industry trend reports to market
- Develop and continually evolve our sales strategy, sales narrative, sales decks, sales packages, one pagers, solutions, video demos and case studies in alignment with our Sales, Strategy, Product and Solutions teams
- Track and measure conversion rate of our proposals and client feedback
- Identify and qualify potential customers and partners within the target market and provide intelligence to our Sales teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers and partners
- Work with local sales marketing leads to conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to the needs of local audiences
- Support our local sales marketing teams to localize our narrative and packages to their specific local needs
- Leverage local sales solutions and local sales marketing materials from different markets to inspire other markets and escalate them globally when appropriate
- Work with local sales marketing leads to gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Promote Channel Factory's value to clients and the broader marketplace
- Lead the creation, ideation, execution of large-scale client programs and proposals for clients. Work closely with sales and strategy to deliver the best foot forward for Channel Factory when it comes to client proposals, tentpoles, etc.
- Work with marketing/research to infuse sales enablement tools with data on their industry, vertical, and company.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams in creation of agency and brand launches, roadshows and upfronts
- Training for our internal teams on our sales materials
- Help tell the story of Channel Factory's programs after they've run to incentivise clients to return
Skills required:
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and think like a client - what do they want? What is clear/unclear? What will they be compelling to buy from us that addresses their business needs?
- Ability to push projects forward working cross functionally in scenarios in which there are many people involved. Run point as main POC
- Ability to understand the local nuances and needs of our markets and develop solutions that can fit and be adapted to their reality
- Ability to work well in PPT, Google Suite. This position requires a great storyteller that can craft our narrative, and deliver presentations that will be the foundation of our commercial growth
- Not needed? Design! You do not have to be a designer, but you do have to be able to work with and guide the design team on what you need from them. You also need to be able to work well in PPT/Google Suite and put together a proposal without the input in design whenever needed
- Ability to speak up! You'll need to be able to formulate ideas and back them up. Sometimes we like to kick the tires, to the ability to be able to back up your ideas, even with people more senior than you is needed.

Requirements
- Be a hungry person that isn't afraid to Google, ask LLMs or try something new if you're not sure where to start or how to do something
- Experience on the publisher/platform side (Google, Meta, TikTok, TV networks, media groups) developing with sales narratives, sales packages and proposals is highly desirable
- Media agency background is helpful but not required
- Ability to work quickly, think fast, and run point on something end to end
- Highly organized
