Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator Assistant to help with a variety of marketing administrative tasks including business development, conference, and communications support.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists marketing and business development staff with administrative and deadline-oriented proposal duties, while working in a team environment.
- Assists with layout of company proposals, including typing and minor proofreading/editing.
- Performs database maintenance, coordination of company mailings, and some graphics support.
- Assists office administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks.
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of administrative support and/or marketing experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts.
- Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment.
- Detail-oriented and professional.
