Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at VoteBud. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and developing content strategies to promote civic engagement and empower users to drive positive change through the app.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience in developing content strategies for social media
- Ability to create engaging and impactful content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics
- Experience in community management and engagement
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- A passion for civic engagement and social change
- Experience making memes or other video content is a plus.
