Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part-Time Social Media Manager to create compelling content and inform our social media strategy. This role requires a passion for social media trends, a knack for storytelling, and a deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing and creative team to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support our business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes writing copy, designing graphics, and creating short videos.
- Strategy Development: Assist in crafting and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand’s objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance. Use data to inform decisions and optimize content and strategy.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and coherence across all platforms.

- Exceptionally detailed, with the ability to create pixel-perfect content, that’s suited for multiple social media platforms, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Comfortable with working in G Suite, monday.com, and Slack
- Adaptable, flexible and resilient, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably a digitally native brand and/or experience working in an agency that specializes in social media management. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passionate about wellness, science, sleep and sustainability is a bonus.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative abilities with experience in graphic design or video editing being a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with eCommerce marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Market Knowledge: strong understanding of how to best communicate with a majority-American and European audience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
