Creative and motivated social media professional charged with supporting the agency’s social media client base. Research and implement organic and paid social media strategies and produce high quality innovative content work and a consistently superior creative product. - Implement and track social media content strategies and campaigns for assigned client accounts.
- Create compelling, curated, targeted content and graphics in accordance with established brand standards for a variety of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
- Generate original content including onsite photo and video capture as appropriate. Ideate and implement creative graphic assets in collaboration with creative team.
- Manage account engagement and community to ensure active, responsive and on brand communication and client service.
- Create, implement and track paid campaigns as required by client. Analyze and optimize paid results according to client objectives.
- Collaborate with account and creative teams to deliver recommendations and actions for clients.
- Maintain current and complete content calendars for internal and client reference.
- Define and analyze key metrics and provide insights for monthly client reporting; track and refine performance against established account goals and objectives; translate those into recommended action for implementation to continually optimize and improve results.
- Monitor developments and trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy; pursue ongoing education to stay on leading edge.
- Support agency team with additional projects on as needed basis.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with digital and social media marketing representing brands across multiple platforms as well as a demonstrated foundation in general marketing principles
- Demonstrated understanding of social content management and optimization practices across all relevant social media platforms; experience with Meta Business Suite
- Proficient in sourcing and managing content development and publishing
- Some experience in basic photo and video asset editing in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Adobe Rush, Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple clients and priorities
- Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented with ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to balance creative marketing with analytical thinking
- High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Availability for original content creation through onsite and offsite photo and video shoots as needed including occasional shoots outside of normal business hours as required by client
- A demonstrated passion for creative social media marketing with an eye to producing assets that elevate and energize client and agency brands
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required based on relevant work experience
