Role Description
As Senior Director of Marketing at KNESKO Skin, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across all channels to drive brand growth, market leadership, and customer engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the brand’s direction, overseeing digital marketing, product launches, and team leadership. Your role is crucial in advancing KNESKO Skin’s position in the luxury skincare market by blending innovative strategies with a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Co-create and execute brand strategy and communication plans.
- Manage external agencies to optimize performance across paid social, affiliate, search, PR, and social channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and key teams to define marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
- Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely messaging and manage the creation of content and assets across all channels.
- Lead the execution of annual photoshoots, including creative planning, model selection, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate experiential offerings through events, partnerships, and sponsorships to engage directly with customers.
- Participate in meetings, events, and trainings as needed, with occasional travel and flexible hours.
- Collaborate with founder Lejla Cas to position KNESKO Skin as a leader in performance skincare while maintaining brand integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years leading a marketing team, ideally in a beauty, wellness, or lifestyle CPG brand with DTC focus.
- Expertise in luxury consumer marketing and a deep understanding of this market.
- Strong communication skills with high self-awareness and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Inspirational leadership style, capable of guiding a small, agile team through development and growth.
- Ability to multi-task across diverse projects, from competitive analysis to photo shoot planning.
- Proven track record in driving revenue for online businesses while supporting traditional sales channels.
- Content strategy expertise with a focus on SEO growth and successful launches.
- Passion for beauty, health, and wellness, with knowledge of market trends and innovations.
- Loyalty to the company and its founders, prioritizing the brand’s interests in all professional activities.
- Champion the brand’s values and mission, instilling pride and loyalty within the team.
