Marketing Campaign Manager, Industries Global Demand Gen Campaigns
Job Description:
The Client Industries Global Demand Gen Campaigns Team is looking for a Marketing Associate to help activate, measure, and optimize marketing demand generation campaigns. This role will focus on supporting the Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) and Manufacturing, Automotive, & Energy (MAE) industries by executing processes and deliverables that bring our B2B demand generation campaigns to market globally.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years prior experience in a B2B demand gen campaigns role, demonstrates a strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and key business performance metrics, and is a detail-oriented self-starter.
Effective communication skills and a learner's mindset are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage day-to-day execution & coordination for specified campaign activations, including email marketing, social media, paid media, and webinars
Traffic campaign assets across owned and paid channels; liaise with internal partner teams
Industry-specific vendor coordination, including media trafficking, packaging up campaign assets, defining targeting, lead uploads
Ensure campaign data quality by understanding and following proper campaign naming, ID, tagging, and tracking link conventions
Execute budget and creative request submissions; manage vendor SOWs and PRs
Create, maintain, and report on key metrics and performance dashboards that monitor the performance of pipeline influence, web metrics, and content engagement; provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and insights
Help prepare and present slides during quarterly and fiscal planning and performance cycles
Build and maintain campaign documentation
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation campaign or similar marketing role
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage projects against tight timelines and deliver at or under budget
Aptitude for analyzing marketing performance data to derive optimization insights
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Prior Experience Utilizing Marketing Technology Systems Preferred
Familiarity with client applications preferred.
