At Facet, we're on a mission to empower individuals to live enriching lives through personalized financial advice that integrates into every facet of their unique lives. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the acquisition and growth of Facet memberships.
In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven, end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, referrals, and partnerships, to name a few. You will report to the Growth Marketing Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve Facet's marketing strategies, targeting and messaging to maximize conversion rates and ultimately drive new Facet members.
Your creative plus analytical mindset and experience with performance marketing will be critical as you develop, track and analyze campaign performance, assess key metrics, and identify areas for optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Growth and the wider-Marketing team on optimizing and expanding performance-based partnerships and marketing initiatives including but not limited to: programmatic TV & podcast buys, newsletters, custom content and more as well as a robust affiliate program to achieve all growth-related KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing to drive new opportunities, innovation and continuous improvement
- Help develop and maintain Facet's marketing / content calendar
- Contribute to securing assessing lead quality and volume metrics, while managing an overall Client Acquisition Cost and Average Revenue Per Client.
- Contribute to and execute a robust testing framework (A/B Testing, etc.) consistently driving new learnings across the organization to improve conversion rates
- Regularly using Salesforce / Marketing Cloud to monitor growth progress and campaign performance
- Work hand-in-hand with internal and external partners and agencies to ensure successful cross-collaboration
- Develop project briefs and oversee execution for end-to-end, data-driven marketing campaigns to hit aggressive targets
- Constantly optimize the full funnel prospect journey, including landing pages and follow up communications that are personalized to each target persona and marketing channel
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Share campaign results and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility
Requirements
- 5+ years of related growth / performance marketing experience
- Deep expertise running multi-channel and affiliate campaigns and familiarity the end-to-end customer journey while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving member acquisition through data-driven marketing campaigns
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Deep familiarity with CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM and LTV
- A strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing
- Deep understanding of a broad array of in and out of industry marketing channels / strategies
- Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- G Suite proficient
- Detailed oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
