Job Overview:
We are seeking a hungry, visionary Creative Director with a passion for storytelling, design, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh, bold perspective to our brand and lead creative strategies across multiple channels. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus, but what we're really looking for is someone with an insatiable drive to create groundbreaking work that resonates with our audience. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Vision: Develop and execute a compelling creative vision for the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create and implement strategies that align with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance brand equity.
- Content Creation: Guide the production of engaging content across digital, print, and social media platforms, with a strong focus on storytelling and visual impact.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with retailers and stakeholders to understand their needs, present creative ideas, and ensure their vision is brought to life.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek out new ideas and inspiration to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Collaborations: Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with other brands to elevate brand awareness and expand the brand's reach in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role. 8-10 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 4-5 years in a senior creative or leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, ideally with some experience in the beauty industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- A relentless drive to create innovative, boundary-pushing work.
