Our client, a leading law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary: As a Marketing Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting the firm's business development and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the attorneys and the marketing team to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems, databases, and filing systems.
- Provide logistical support for marketing seminars, conferences, and other firm events.
- Monitor docket filings and identify potential targets for business development.
- Assist attorneys with client pitch preparations and RFP responses, including editing, formatting, and proofreading.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the firm's website, including updating attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, and news items.
- Assist with drafting and preparing submissions to legal ranking publications.
- Conduct research to support business development efforts and initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Previous law firm experience is a plus.
