About the role:
As a Growth Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategies. You will lead and execute a variety of growth projects, including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, webinars, and more. Your role will involve leveraging your experience in executing growth strategies for service agencies. Your goal will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our customer base, increase revenue, and expand our brand presence.
This is a Full-Time Remote position. We are looking for candidates who are available to work in the Eastern Time Zone, or at least a 50% overlap is required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth
- Experience working at or for a service agency, with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver results across multiple accounts
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to drive growth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Identify key growth opportunities and create comprehensive strategies to capitalize on them across various channels, including digital marketing, content, and events
- SEO Management: Optimize our website and content for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve our search rankings
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to ensure a high ROI
- Webinars and Events: Plan, promote, and execute webinars and other events to engage potential customers and drive lead generation
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of campaigns, identify trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals
- Project Management: Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives are executed on time and within budget
