That's agency life, baby!
The Brief
Are you a creative genius with a penchant for organized chaos? Do you dream in Pantone colors and spend your free time studying typography (and, of course, have a favorite font)? If so, we want you to join our team as our Creative/Art Director.
In this position, you'll be the ringmaster of our creative circus, juggling ideas, concepts and deadlines with finesse. You'll be looked upon to inspire a team of communications professionals to let their creative juices flow freely by being the quintessential example of creativity yourself (pop culture references and donuts don't hurt, either). You'll pull up to the table with your wildest ideas in meetings that are more like brain-typhoons than brainstorms. You'll prepare for the possibility that you'll spend more time in meetings than in InDesign, but you'll also be more than willing to roll your sleeves up and don your designer hat. And, in the spirit of our dedication to delivering ferocious customer service, you'll smile, nod and make magic happen by acting as a translator between the client's requests and the team's creative brilliance.
Position Responsibilities:
Developing and executing creative strategies that align with clients' objectives and brand identities Translating marketing and branding objectives into creative concepts and campaigns Presenting and explaining creative concepts to clients and addressing their feedback Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to creative projects Identifying creative challenges and finding innovative solutions within budget and time constraints Fostering a collaborative and inclusive creative environment that encourages teamwork and idea-sharing among team members Leading, inspiring and motivating a team of communications professionals while displaying a passion for developing jaw-droppingly creative work Completing special one-off projects when necessary Memorizing the Core Values and understanding they're a way of life Performing other assorted duties, as assigned
