We're looking for a curious, meticulous and creative problem solver to fill the role of Junior Strategist. In this role, you will partner with senior-level strategists and researchers, as well as accounts and creative partners, to mine for insights that tap into people's behaviors, motivations and beliefs, and how they intersect and fuel cultural movements. We need a discriminating and self-assured mind that can help our clients take smart, evidence-based risks that align with what their audiences will respond to.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct secondary research that illuminates behavioral and cultural trends among selected audiences
- Coordinate and support primary research through interviews, workshops, and surveys
- Employ and champion our research processes and data collection algorithms that lead to the logical or illogical insights needed to reach relevant consumer value
- Aid the development of insightful briefs that lead our creative and product teams to great ideas
- Analyze a wealth of data points to uncover succinct human truths and predictive behavioral patterns
- Use truth and insights to inform and influence products, services, and campaigns
- Design, conduct, and analyze experiments to determine the most impactful strategies and marketing campaigns
- Strategically apply findings of human decision-making to all aspects of our work
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working in strategy, research, account or creative for or with brands and corporations
- Ability to visualize and present data in clear and compelling ways
- Devout consumer of media with a wealth of knowledge of popular culture and the ability to transform that knowledge into strategic insights
- Record of applying your research skills to generate product or business impact
- Understanding of behavioral economics cognitive process including heuristics and biases
- Grasp of cognitive motivations including explicit and implicit motivational territories
- Experience with traditional qualitative and quantitative marketing research techniques
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python or R
- Strong work ethic and meticulous organization
- Above average communication skills, with an ability to confidently present your work
- A mindset that understands you don't know everything and are here to learn anything
