Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a charismatic and outgoing, driven and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality content that resonates with our clients' target audiences and drives brand awareness across all major social media platforms.
Here's what you'll do:
· Develop and execute captivating social media content calendars: Plan, create, and curate engaging content (text, graphics, photos, videos) aligned with current trends and brand messaging across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Become a social media pro: Manage client accounts, set up and optimize profiles, and oversee social media campaigns and competitions.
· Stay ahead of the curve: Research competitors, industry trends, and new digital marketing opportunities to identify growth strategies.
· Foster positive online interactions: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation across all platforms.
· Capture compelling content: Capture organic and planned content during client visits and events.
· Become a content chameleon: Develop and create content tailored to the specific needs of multiple clients, ensuring seamless communication and consistent branding.
· Content is king (and queen): Assist with writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for the company website, blog, marketing materials, and other platforms.
· Become a research and development expert: Conduct research and interviews to stay informed about current trends and user preferences and use those insights to inform your content strategy.
· Collaborate for success: Work with the creative team, internal departments, and clients to establish campaign goals, execute tasks, and solve problems.
· Data is your friend: Monitor social media and website metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

· Masters of SEO: Possesses a solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
· Always learning: Is eager to acquire new technical skills and stay updated on industry developments.
Qualifications Include:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
· Proven work experience in content management/social media/digital advertising.
· Minimum 1-2 years
· Submit portfolio of work, if you have one
· Google Certified Partner Preferred, but not required
· Bilingual, preferred not required
This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel required within the Rio Grande Valley, and for conferences and retreats.
