We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator based in our Miami offices to oversee and enhance the social media presence for our global luxury hospitality brand. The ideal candidate will report to the Global Social Media Manager and will supervise multiple social media accounts as well as have experience with reporting and influencer management. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Creation: Manage and execute the scheduling of content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others for multiple properties across the global brand, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence. Develop and maintain detailed social media content calendars using Dash Hudson for each property, aligning with seasonal activities, promotions, and key events.
Content Creation Support: Create engaging content and strategies for Nikki Beach’s social media presence in various markets across the globe. Manage channels in collaboration with location teams and social media assistants to maintain and grow audience interaction and brand engagement.
Reporting: Oversee social media performance reporting, utilizing automated tools like Dash Hudson to track and analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
Influencer Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, coordinating collaborations and ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor brand conversations via social media and analyze and report on audience information and demographics.
Advertising & Promotion: Create and approve targeted audiences for paid ads and boosted content. Have a strong understanding of social media advertising and optimization of campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Global Social Media Manager, PR, marketing, and social media team members to develop attractive and engaging collateral. Coordinate with location teams to manage inquiries, complaints, and other social media-related communications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury hospitality or related industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including basic graphic design and copywriting.
- Ability to multitask and manage social media activities for multiple properties across different time zones.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate social media performance. Experience with Dash Hudson is preferred.
- Experience with influencer marketing and managing relationships with influencers.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to the dynamic needs of global hospitality operations.
